Drowning is preventable, yet it remains one of the leading causes of accidental death for children. Many families lack access to affordable swim lessons and water safety education. We work to close that gap by providing low-cost programs and free community events that teach essential, life-saving skills. By making swim education accessible, we help build confidence, reduce risk, and create safer communities.
Our annual, free community water safety event brings in around 100 families together for hands-on learning and fun. Join us for interactive stations covering topics like water safety basics, life jacket use, and hypothermia awareness.

I love this community pool. It is so accessible, great prices, great attitude. I love the community feel and how it is not pretentious in any way...everyone is welcome here. The kid's swim lessons ate remarkably good - young teachers who are really committed and have really good patience with annoying kids who don't listen. I wish they had more funding for better maintenance of their amenities, but all in all, a great pool!
This place has a lot of lanes which is really nice. The swim lessons are great because they only have 4-5 students at a time.
We love the staff here. My daughter has been taking lessons for 2 years and progressing well. The staff is friendly and makes sure rules are followed for safety. While there is no slide like some other pools, everyone, adult and child, has fun here. It's an older facility that used to belong to King County, but is now a non-profit (501c). Each year they update/renovate at least one part of the facility.
