Reservations are no longer required but if you'd like to secure a spot here is the link to follow!
We recommend lap swimmers to make reservations. We are a 2 people/lap lane.
If you are looking for a quiet time to swim laps, then our early morning lap swim is an ideal time to attend with up to 9 lanes available. Our mid morning swims are open to both lap swimmers and public swim. Our evening times are the busiest and may require you to share a lane.
Note: Any of our times can become busy and you may be asked to share a lane, we will not put more than two people to a lane. Family and friends are strongly encouraged to share one lane. You are allowed to water walk and work on some water exercise workouts in your lap lane.
Typically swimmers will not have to share a lane with more than one other person. Many swimmers prefer to divide the lane in half so that they may each do their own workout, comfortably. The best approach when searching for a lane mate is to find someone that appears to have the most similar swimming ability as yourself. Before entering the water with another swimmer, please sit on the side of the pool and gain the other person's attention. Always stay aware of other swimmers.
If you are having troubles selecting a lane mate, feel free to ask the lifeguard for assistance. If you are having problems with other lap or public swimmers disrupting your swim, please ask the lifeguard to help control the situation.

Why Water Exercise?
Water exercise classes are considered low impact. Our classes combine cardio, toning exercises, balance and flexibility training. Classes are self-paced and are great for those who are looking to mix-up their workout routine or for those that need a workout that can be modified for physical imitations.
What to Expect:
You are coming into the class and mingling until our instructor Laura starts. You can watch and follow along with her throughout the various workouts. She will show what she is doing in the water or occasionally will show the class on the pool deck.
EAC offers water exercise classes on Monday, Wednesday & Friday mornings at 8:00-9:00am. No experience is necessary to participate in our classes.
All classes are offered in the shallow end (3ft at shorter end). You do not need to know how to swim in order to participate. Shallow water classes can be done while standing.
Classes are offered on a reservation basis. Please make a reservation through our booking site. After your first visit you can either choose to pay our drop in rates or purchase a punch card.
Note:
Always consult with your doctor before starting a new exercise routine.
