Water exercise classes are considered low impact. Our classes combine cardio, toning exercises, balance and flexibility training. Classes are self-paced and are great for those who are looking to mix-up their workout routine or for those that need a workout that can be modified for physical imitations.
EAC offers water exercise classes on Monday, Wednesday & Friday mornings at 8:00-9:00am. No experience is necessary to participate in our classes.
All classes are offered in the shallow end. You do not need to know how to swim in order to participate. Shallow water classes can be done while standing.
Classes are offered on a reservation biases. Please make a reservation through our booking site. After your first visit you can either choose to pay our daily rate which is $7 for adults and $6 for seniors or you can purchase a punch card which is good for 10 visits. These cost $63 for adults and $54 for seniors.
Always consult with your doctor before starting a new excerise routine. Click the link below for more water exercise questions!
Whitewater Aquatics Management believes that swimming is a vital skill that everyone should learn, and we need your help to fund our program for this next year. Our goal is to raise $50,000 for our scholarship program. This year we taught over 500 low-income students how to swim. This was made possible through our scholarship program.
Will you consider making a contribution that will have an impact on the lives of many children? Your generosity will ensure that we can continue our mission and teach this life-saving skill for years to come.
